Hey there, I’m Willy, and I’ve been smoking and grilling for as long as I can remember. I’d like to call myself a master chef but I’m certainly far from it compared to most folks who visit here. I don’t have a formal education or fancy certificate to back my cooking but I do have a lot of experience - and that’ll carry you pretty far in my book!
I grew up in Montana so there was definitely no shortage of outdoor adventure. It has been a family tradition of ours to smoke our own meats, and there’s nothing quite like the smell of a smoker on a winter day.
I made this blog to help others who are looking for honest and reliable info from someone they can trust. In my own efforts to try to perfect my smoking and grilling skills, I’ve done a lot of research and would like to have it compiled as a resource for others to use. Happy smoking!
